Are you a bully, or are you getting bullied, then read on. First lets talk about bullies. They only bully because they are going though a stressful time at home. Also they can grow up with there mom and dad yelling at them, or each other. Another thing why is that his/or her parents could of got divorced and he is sad, so he takes it out on other people.

If you are getting bullied here are some thing’s to do. You can talk to him and ask him to please stop. If they don’t stop you can tell a teacher, and they will talk to them. Just in case if they do not stop, and they get physical you can tell the teacher again , or fight back. There are some thing’s you can do if you are getting bullied.

If your see someone or a friend getting bullied then help him. You can help by stepping up for him. Also You can talk to the person and tell him/her to step up for them self. Also you can tell a adult for him and they will deal with it. That is why people bully, what to do if your getting bullied, and if you see someone getting bullied.
